Are you beachfront?
We’re in Matabungkay, Lian, Batangas, about a five-minute walk from the beach. The resort is not directly beachfront, so you can enjoy the beach and return to your own relaxed base.

Yes po! Bring your favorite food and drinks with no corkage fee. There’s a grill area and a stove with gas for preparing your meals.
Can we have the resort exclusively?
Ask us about an exclusive setup for your group. The team will confirm what’s possible for your dates, guest count and any applicable promotion. An inquiry alone doesn’t guarantee exclusive use.
Do children stay free?
Yes po! Children aged 12 and under stay free, and extra mattresses needed for them are provided at no extra charge. Please enter guests aged 13 and over separately from children aged 0–12 in your inquiry. We’ll confirm a suitable sleeping arrangement for everyone before booking.
How many rooms will our group need?
We plan around four to five guests per room for a comfortable stay. Children aged 12 and under stay free. Share the number of guests aged 13 and over and the number of children separately, and we’ll confirm the sleeping arrangement. Extra mattresses needed for children aged 12 and under are free; we’ll confirm the number and room setup with you.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 12 noon. If you need different times, please ask the team before booking so we can check what’s possible.
How do we get rates and book?
Send us your dates, number of guests aged 13 and over, and number of children aged 12 and under on Messenger. We’ll check availability and prepare a quote. Once you’re ready, the team will explain the payment steps and confirm your reservation. Rates are based on the rooms you need, your dates and applicable offers. Children aged 12 and under stay free.
